Block Management

• Full Management Service : We review your requirements and provide you with a bespoke  quotation. 
• Administartion only service: We review your requirements and provide you with bespoke  quotation 
• Company Secretarial services annual accounts (£250 + VAT) filling and registered office including opening mail from Companies House and HMRC . 
• Sale information pack £200 + VAT for handling of all information required by solicitors throughout sale process.
• Notice of Transfer and charge £100 + VAT. Duplicate postal statements £5.99 (first statements are free as are all email statements).
